Headers to interface with U3 etc?

I'd like to start making some daughter boards for specialty applications that can plug directly into the 4-position screw headers you have on the U3, U6, UE9, T7 etc akin to the LJTicks. Unfortunatly I can't use the LJTick-Proto, so I'll have to create my own PCBs, so I'll need to get some headers.

Correct me if I'm wrong: It looks like I'd need 0.2" (5.08mm) pitch, 4+ position, square pin right angle header. I'm curious, who manufactures the headers you're using with the LJTicks: TE, Molex, Wago, GradConn etc? I'd greatly help me narrow my search. Of course I could use the commonly available 0.1" pitch headers and just cut away every other position, but that won't look very professional.

Any guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated!
