Labjack T7 Ethernet connection problems

Dear Labjack,

I am experiencing problems with trying to connect via Ethernet and i am unsure as to via it does not work. I have followed the the steps as described under

https://labjack.com/support/app-notes/wifi-and-ethernet-t7-t4-t7-pro

But instead i get the following issues as shown in the picture. Could you kindly help? As you can see, under network settings i am able to manually set IP and it shows status as connected. But when i try to disconnect and reconnect again. It fails to show the ethernet option again.

... everything works fine through step 5, but then in step 7 Kipling does not find the device?  Note that step 7 says Kipling will "often" find the Ethernet connection.  Sometimes the Ethernet connection is fine, but not found by Kipling because the search algorithm used is not allowed on your network.  Continue to steps 8-10 and see what you find.  That will likely then direct you to the basic networking app note for further details:

Go to the troubleshooting section at the end of that app note, and start with items 1 and then 2.

Steps 8 - 10 give me the following results(As attached - Capture 4 and 5).

I have followed items 1 and 2 on basic networking and troubleshooting. I tried using an alternate ethernet cable connected directly to my laptop, But it still does not work.

Does it work with DHCP

Does it work with DHCP enabled?  If so send another screenshot similar to Capture3.PNG but with DHCP enabled.

Are you connecting the T7 to a network with a router, or just doing some sort of peer to peer connection?

In Capture5.PNG you show that Ping does not work, so that means you have situation 2A from the troubleshooting list:

Check items 11 & 12 as suggested, but I think your problem might be addressed by items 3 through 8.  Post the items from #3 so we can look at those.
