Hi I am new to this Equipment.I am currently working on a project to enable LABVIEW on the computer to receive and process the signals collected by t7-pro while ensuring that the computer, router, and t7-pro are wirelessly connected to each other.
I followed the steps on the official website to implement the USB connection and Ethernet connection with kiplling step by step. But when I tried a WIFI connection, the "WIFI" button on the kippling front page was green, but when I clicked it, the error code popped up: LJME_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND. What should I do?
Hello,
Debugging network connectivity issues can sometimes get quite complicated so please approach this issue with some patience. It sounds like you have gotten most things set-up correctly as most issues with network involve not being able to scan/discover a device over a network. I assume you got your ethernet connection set-up by following the Setup WiFi and Ethernet guide and that you were able to configure your device to connect to your wireless network using the Network Settings tab of Kipling. Are these assumptions correct?
Given that you reported the "WiFi" button to be green when you pressed it, Kipling was able to successfully open and close the device's connection and you may be having some wireless connection reliability issues.
What was the RSSI value reported by Kipling when the the device initially connected to your network?
While you were getting your device connected to your network, did you notice whether or not the device stayed reliably connected to your network? You can also double check this pretty quickly by either watching the connection in Kipling or using window's "ping" command to ping the device's wireless IP address and see if it is responding correctly.
