I am attempting to use a ml100 photoelectric sensor with a T7-Pro. I have the ml100 hooked up to a m12 connector (4-pin) that has brown, blue, white, and black wires on the other end. How do I connect those wires to the T7-Pro?

That sensor wants a supply between 10-30V, which is not available directly from the T7; you would need some external supply.
For wiring, brown is supply, white is not connected, blue would go to GND, and black would be your signal output.
