Sample rate with Mux80

I'm thinking of purchasing a T7 with Mux 80 to make 10 differential measurements.  I'd like to make the measurements at 1khz each (10Khz aggregate), and do that at 16 bit resolution.    Is this achievable with the system?  The worry is that the mux introduces delay due to changing channels, which slows down the system.
