To modify the exteneded channels in Kipling, you would need to use the register matrix tab and manually add and modify the feature on each AIN. We also support a utility for writing the AIN_EF:
I would also recommend you see the steps in the power up defaults tab of Kipling to save your AIN_EF settings as a startup configuration after your configuration is set up.
