T7 LJME_RECONNECT_FAILED on Linux, works on Windows

I just pulled my new T7 out of the box and installed Kipling on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 64bit. I'm getting a connection error on linux but it works on windows.

Try logging out and logging

Try logging out and logging back in. (The installer may add your current user to a group, which doesn't take effect until you log out.)

If that doesn't work:

What is the text of the connection error?

What version of LJM and Kipling are you using? You can check using the Settings tab of Kipling.

What connection type are you using? USB, Ethernet, or WiFi? Does a different connection type work?

If you cd into the LabJackM/examples/utilities directory (created in the same directory as the installer when you run it), run the following with the device connected and let us know what the output is:

./make.sh
./list_all
