T7 PRO ENCODER PROBLEM

Hi iam using t7 pro.when i try to connect quadrature encoder to the labjack in displays lot of pulses even for the conection only if i just power on the sensor it will show lot of pulses

i really need help for this problem

I'm not quite clear on the problem you are having. I see in your chart that apparently the count went from 5500 to 6500, but not sure if that is wrong or if there is something else that is not right?

is this normal? because I'm not even power on my sensor.when i just connect the wires these pulses were shown in the graph

if i turn on the sensor these pulses vary from different levels.i cant see the accurate pulses in the graph or is this happen because of noise?

and this same thing happened for the high-speed counter test also.if i just connect the wires to the respective ports only it shows the pulses in the graph.is there any mistake from by my side

Are you talking about the blue vertical lines spread throughout your chart? I don't know what those are as your legend just shows a white and red line. I'll do a test with that same example VI and see what I see.
