I'm getting very poor performance from my wireless T7 antenna. I set it up to my home wireless router, and then placed the windows surface and labjack next to each other about 30 feet away from the router. On the surface I get about 3 bars, however on the Kiplerly software, I'm showing only about -71dB on the labjack antenna. With a separate antenna and all, I thought the LabJack would have much better performance than the surface, but it seems the other way around, and it is a limiting factor in making reliable connections? Is there something wrong with my Labjacks wireless antenna or device, or are they all this way? This is a brand new T7 device?
Is the RSSI value changing? Use the Register Matrix in Kipling to watch WIFI_RSSI and note that you have to be talking to the T7-Pro over WiFi for the value to get updated.
The WiFi range section in Section 7 has some info and typical values, and -71dB is definitely not normal for 10 meters, so if you continue to see that sort of number we might need to replace your device.

Also, try another network if possible to see if you see the same sort of performance.
