Unable to connect, Error code 1298

Unable to connect, Error code 1298

I was initially able to connect to my new T7 Pro through Kipling.  After loading the "Get Device Temperature Script", I set it to run script at boot up and recycled power to the Labjack.  Now I can't connect to the T7 at all.  When selecting the Device, I get Error code 1298.

I've recycled power to my computer and to the T7 and still no luck.  I'm not sure what to do from here to get back to being able to connect through Kipling.

Assuming your device has

Assuming your device has fairly recent firmware you can use a FIO0-SPC start-up jumper to disable the script at startup.  Otherwise you can use FIO2:

I tested the Get Device Temperature script on my T7-Pro with firmware 1.0233 and do not see any problems.  Let us know if your issue repeats itself.

Thank you for the support.  The SPC jumper solved my issue.
