Since uploading my most recent Lua script and setting it to run on startup, I've been unable to contact my T7 from Kipling at all. No device found, on multiple machines that all worked previously (all MacOS).
I've tried all suggested 'soft' solutions, such as power-cycling LabJack, host etc. but no luck. It looks like the device is refusing to respond; perhaps there is a bug in the script, or a memory issue, although nothing was reported when the script was uploaded.
The script seems to be running.. the program is a datalogger looping every 3 s, and every 3 s the COMM and STATUS lights are flashing.
I've searched for a way to do a hardware reset, but found nothing. Could somebody please advise?
You can clear the T7's settings, including startup scripts, using the FIO2 jumper: https://labjack.com/support/datasheets/t7/spc
Thanks, that did the job. May I suggest that this is added to the page on USB comms issues as a last resort?
Done. New mode F added.
