Voltage shows when no sensor connected to AIN

Hi,

There is something I don't understand while using the T7.

When GND and AIN1 are connected, it becomes almost 0.0V.

However, the voltage is displayed even if the sensor is not connected to AIN1.

In Kipling Analog Inputs, 3.3V value is observed(Fig 01).

In LJLogM, the waveform between 2.7 and 10.0 V is observed(Fig 02).

In LJStreamM, -10.0V is observed(Fig 03).

I wonder how these values can be observed with no sensor connected.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The voltage at the AIN when

The voltage at the AIN when unconnected is largely undefined, but will often pull towards the power rails. The following page has related information:
