I am new to LabJack (have T7 pro) and LabView.
I am measuring several AIN using LabJack and would like to display the data against time on a XY-plot using LabView.

We typically use Waveform Charts or Waveform Graphs to display graph data in LabVIEW. See this page with details about different graphing options:
