Controlling 2 independent motor servo using 2 different frequency from accelerator signal

I succesfully stream acceleration data in x and z coordinat, and i want to controlling 2 motor servo rotation based on acceleration signal that i streamed. But i found out that labjack cannot produces PWM signal with 2 different frequency. I really do not know what to do next, after obtaining the signal and perform fourier transform to get frequency and phase. I am stuck because of the labjack example relatively limited. I am using labview to perform signal processing 

Can someone suggest me some more effective way to control 2 independent motor servo based on acceleration signal?

The Waveform Generation App Note talks about different ways to create output signals:

The only way to get different frequency outputs is through command-response software updates, but that is likely too slow for you, so the solution for you is likely to use 2 U3s.
