Detection of port for LJ U3 LV in Labview

Hi all,

Here i am using labjack U3 LV and i interfaced with labview and the program is working fine, but after converting into a executable, the communication is detecting, unless i remove and reconnect the USB everytime. I have attached a example code here for your reference look into it.

Are you saying that the .vi

Are you saying that the .vi works fine and you only have problems when you build a .exe file?

We can't open your example because the version is too new. Perhaps trim down your example to the simplest possible that causes the issue, and then take a screenshot of the wiring diagram to post:

1. Are you saying that the .vi works fine in the LabVIEW development environment, and you only have problems when you build a .exe file and run that on its own?

2. Run your exe so you get the error, close your exe, make sure all programs are closed, do not power-cycle the U3, and then run LJControlPanel and see if it finds the U3.

3. Your VI is very similar to our example "U3 easy Stream Example.vi". See if you have the same issue with that unmodified example VI if you build it as an exe.
