How to see date on data odutput file?

I am working with a U3 that was set up by someone else. Tche data is being saved to file. According to the LabJack documentation the computer date is shown in the upper row of the spreadsheet, but it's not there. In addition, how do I convert the data in the first column so I know the date/time for each data points. Is that elapsed time in milliseconds?
