I have interment problem with a machine where it losses drive once or twice a week and we are having trouble locating the issue I suspect a voltage supply problem to the control unit which has four 12 volt inputs however I am only basing this on 3 of the 4 have a harness splices. I would like to monitor the four 12 volt inputs as well the 4 coil supply voltages which are -3.5 volt to +3.5 volts. I am looking for a portable device that is in my budget. Thank you in advance for any good help
Yes, the U3-HV (with some sort of host computer) sounds like a solution.

Use AIN0-3 to monitor the +/-3.5V signals, and use 2x LJTick-Divider-10 to monitor the 12V signals on FIO4-7.

Once concern is whether you can measure the coil voltages with a common ground. I can't read your diagram well enough to determine this. Can you take a DMM and put the negative lead on system ground, and then put the positive lead on one side of a coil and measure a useful voltage?
