Using a U3-HV I set a voltage on DAC0 (controlling a power supply), then readback voltage and current (as voltage) on AIN0 and AIN2. After several hundert set/reads, I get error 1008, LJE_COMM_FAILURE on a read.. If I retry the read I get good data. This error/retry can occur several times, then I get error 1015 (Device not connected) and I am dead in the water. I have not been able to finish a single run in a few dozen attempts. I tried a second Labjack with the same results. Suggestions on how to troubleshoot / fix?

First I would run with nothing connected except USB. This will tell you if the problem is related to software or your connections.
