Seeking solution for Error 1243

Dear sir

I am using LABJACK U3-HV device to measure the natural frequency of oscilating mass.

After changing the directory and on clicking "START STEAM", i am getting error message 1243 as follows:

LabJack Error #1243:  LJME_U3_NOT_SUPPORTED_BY_LJM - reason: LJM does not support U3 devices. The LabJack UD driver supports U3 devices: https://labjack.com/support/quickstart/u3 occurred at LJM_OpenS.vi

Referring the error code sheet, which describes the error as "

".

On trying with the link "https://labjack.com/support/ud", i am getting the message as " The requested page "/support/ud" could not be found. "

Request you to send the correct driver so resolve this error or share the correct link.
