Service Life Of U3-HV

I've had a U3-HV in service continuously since early 2009 controlling a small industrial process. I haven't had any problems with it until recently when I've been getting erratic signals from an analog level sensor. I've changed the sensor, but still having the problem. Just wondering if the U3 over time could fail to process analog signals correctly.

I have not heard of any U3

I have not heard of any U3 aging issues. Here are a few tests that may help us narrow down what is going on:

Connect AIN0 to GND. Is the reading accurate and stable?
Connect AIN3 to GND. Is the reading accurate and stable?
Connect AIN0 to DAC0, set DAC0 to 1V. Is the reading accurate and stable?
Connect FIO4 to DAC0, set DAC0 to 1V. Is the reading accurate and stable?

We're looking for issues with specific channels or specific portions of the U3 hardware.
