Let's start with the quickstart guide. Please follow the steps in the guide. If you are able to follow those steps then everything is installed correctly and we can focus on getting LabVIEW to work: https://labjack.com/support/quickstart/u3
i followed the steps in the guide and everything is fine, but the problem remain.i can't aquire data from my u3 with labview.my u3 don't show up in the device detected by Labview.
The U3 will not "show up" in LabVIEW. You do not use measurement & automation explorer (NI MAX), DAQ assistant, or similar NI wizards. Rather, you simply write a LabVIEW program that makes calls to our UD library.
See the text at the beginning of this page, and then go through the 6 steps to get started. Let us know if you get stuck on one of these steps.
The LabJack U3 does not use NI-VISA or NI-DAQmx. You will need to install our software:
https://labjack.com/support/software/installers/ud
Then refer to our LabVIEW examples on how to use the LabJack UD library with the LabJack U3 in LabVIEW:
