Using Windows 10 Pro (x64) and when I connect a new U3-HV-OEM I get a 'conection sound', 3 LED flashes and nothing. Device Manager shows error under USB "Unknown USB Device(Device Descriptor Request Failed [ Code 43]
Tried 2 different USB-B 2.0 cables. Tried another computer rnning Window 10 pro x64.. Tried LabJack installer LabJack-2016-10-10 & LabJack-2016-11-09-beta
Still same error. Do I have a 'dead-ish' board

Tried the jumper between FIO5 and SPC, U3 LED flashed quickly. Firmware update program could not find U3. Talked to Tech Support and they think it might be a hardware problem. Sending it back to LabJack
