I know this is not the daqconnect help forum but I see no way to get help from them so I'll try asking here. I am trying to use daqconnect to monitor my LabJack U6 remotely. I see the data on the daqconnect website but I can't download the data in CSV format, when I do it appears to be a binary file. It looks like random characters in Notepad. When I try to open the file in Excel it says the file is corrupt and can't be opened. I can download my data in XML or JSON but that is more cumbersome for me, I prefer CSV. Any ideas? or any way to get help from daqconnect? Thanks.

Thanks! All the support info is not visible once I am logged into daqconnect.com which is the only way I had seen their website previously. Once I logout and visit the site I see the support options. Odd.
