I am new to the world of LabJack and programing sensors. I am hoping to attach a 0.1-5V output pressure transducer to a U6 unit. The transducer has an excitation between 14-32 Vdc so a power supply will be needed. Further this project was started by another person, I am hoping to be able to use the cables they have already purchased for the unit. I attached the pin layout for the existing cable on the transducers. If possible, how do I use this pin layout to wire the transducers into the U6?

Your image shows 2 connectors. Which one is from the sensor and what is the other connector?
Basically, you want to connect your power supply to the sensor, and then connect signal+ from the sensor to AINx on the U6. Then you need a connection to GND on the U6. If signal- is the same as powersupply-, then simply connect that to GND. If they are not the same we need to learn more about them.
