U6 fails to start

I have a U6 OEM that fails to start.

When I plug the USB in:

The yellow Power LED comes on.

The green connect LED flashes for about 1/5 second every second or so, and the LabJack fails to enumerate "USB device not recognized"

What should I try?

USB 3.x port, no external hub

USB 3.x port, no external hub.

LED behaviour is not listed in datasheet.

Starts to enumerate, but fails

Tried SPC with FIO0 and FIO2. No change in behaviour.

SPC to FIO1 appears to enter Flash mode, but still fails in enumeration.

Normal LED behavior is that

Normal LED behavior is that when you connect the USB cable to the U6, the Status LED should blink a few times and then remain solid on.

Your description of a quick blink about once per second continuously does not sound like a known condition.

Sounds like the USB sub-system might have been damaged on this board.  I suggest you put in for an RMA, and reference this forum topic.
