SPC only appears at 1 spot on the U6, and that is the SPC screw terminal near the LEDs. Find the screw terminal hole with a small SPC label, and use Figure 2-1 here to show you where SPC is located:

I eventually found the SPC terminal -- it took a while because the overlay on my PCB is extremely fuzzy.
