I've buyed a few days ago a Labjack UE9 and need to control it with LabView. Now I have two main problems I need to solve before I buy the NI licens. I was'nt able to figure out if the UE9 and LabView 2015 are able to work together. My other question is if the Labjack is able to work as a I2C slave? I just need to send a I2C number to 3 different addreses. Thanks.
Our currently supported LabVIEW_UD archive is in LabVIEW 7.1, so it will work in LabVIEW 7.1 or newer. LabVIEW 2015 is fine.

Only I2C master is supported. Not slave.

Hi All,
I have a query regarding compatability of CO2 sensor(T6713 model) with labjack. My Co2 sensor output fornat is I2C slave and i want to interface this with labjack to log the data continuously. Hence before ordering labjack, i want to confirm that does the labjack support I2C slave output???
Please help me out on priority basis as I am running out of time to finish my research work.
Looking forward to hear from you very soon
Thanks & regards
krishna
Your CO2 sensor will be the I2C slave device and the LabJack will be the I2C master device. The LabJacks with I2C functionality will be able to communicate with and control this sensor. Quickly looking at the datasheet, you are probably going to need to get 5V logic from our devices to communicate properly with this device. Most 5V chips have logic level thresholds low enough to work with 3.3V logic lines but just in case I recommend getting the LJTick-LVDigitalIO and modifying it by following the instructions to modify it to support 5V logic levels.
